Manchester Art Gallery - Removal: Hylas and the Nymphs

Ruby Ramelize presented a collaged art piece, screen prints and a short film to be exhibited during the collaborative performance. On March 1st Moist collective were asked to perform in collaboration with various female artists to Celebrate the launch of ‘Wonder Women 2018’ with a feminist takeover of the Manchester Art gallery.

‘Wonder Women festival launch’Moist collective were asked to collaboratively perform with other female artists at the Manchester Art Gallery. This involved creating a collective show reel, protest signs and art pieces.

This art piece is a reaction to the collected opinions expressed by the public and the voice of British culture. I’ve used quotes to respond through an art piece which I have created for the Manchester art gallery, the performance and exhibition will be held at Manchester art gallery on the 1st of March.
